This month, we're spotlighting Ryan Pickering as our June Employee of the Month.  Ryan is being recognized for his exceptional ability to work well under pressure. 

Ryan was new to banking when joining Peoples Bank in December 2025 – yet he's already making a tremendous impact.  He recently made the move to the commercial lane in our drive thru. 

Ryan maintains his composure during busy periods and provides great customer service even in high-stress situations. According to his supervisor “He really sets a positive tone for the drive thru and has been a pleasure to work alongside”.
